Leeport (Holdings) Limited has issued a clarification regarding clerical errors in its recent circular, stating that references to ‘form of proxy and reply slip’ on page 11 should solely refer to ‘form of proxy,’ and shareholders are not required to submit a reply slip for the upcoming special general meeting (SGM). The rest of the circular’s content remains unchanged, and the previously dispatched proxy form is still valid for the SGM.
