Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing has announced new three-year agreements, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, for sourcing recovered paper and purchasing pulp, with connected persons under the Listing Rules. These agreements are subject to shareholder approval and will follow the reporting and review requirements of Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules. The company will issue a detailed circular to shareholders by November 5, 2024, outlining the terms and independent financial advice.
