Leadership Transition at Aluminum Corporation of China

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Jilong from his position as a non-executive director due to reaching the statutory retirement age. The company has proposed Mr. Li Xiehua, a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in production technology and management, as Mr. Zhang’s successor. This leadership change is not expected to disrupt the company’s operations or board composition.
