Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd. has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Mr Toe Teow Heng stepping down as Executive Director and CEO, and Mr Ren Yuanlin taking over the role from April 24, 2024. Despite these high-level changes, the company’s Audit and Risk, Nominating and Remuneration Committees will maintain their current composition.
