Tian Ruixiang Holdings Ltd (TIRX) has released an update.
TIAN RUIXIANG Holdings Ltd. has announced the immediate resignation of Zhe Wang as CEO and Chairman for personal reasons, with all due payments settled and no further claims. Following his departure, the company’s board quickly appointed director Shen Xu, also Zhe Wang’s wife, as the new CEO and Chairman. The company is also actively seeking a replacement for another resigning member, independent director Ning Wang.
