Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC (BASC) has announced the appointment of Ruth Beechey as a Director effective from 1st July 2024, following Mr. Clive Parritt’s retirement on the 30th of June after years of service. Ms. Jane Routledge will take over as Senior Independent Director. BASC is an investment company that focuses on achieving long-term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of primarily quoted US smaller and medium-sized companies.
