Logistics Development Group Plc (LDG) has purchased and subsequently cancelled 65,341 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 11.6p, as part of its share buyback programme announced earlier this April. This buyback affects the total number of voting rights, reducing the issued share capital to 524,867,897 Ordinary Shares. Shareholders can use this updated figure as the denominator for any notifications related to changes in their shareholdings in the company.
