Logistics Development Group PLC (LDG) has completed a repurchase of 58,914 of its own ordinary shares on May 1st, 2024, at a uniform price of 11.7 pence per share, as part of its share buyback program announced previously on April 4, 2023. This transaction has reduced the company’s issued share capital to 524,683,335 Ordinary Shares, with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this new total as the denominator for calculating changes in their shareholding percentage as required by the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
