Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) has extended its takeover offer for Namoi Cotton Limited until October 9, 2024, and raised the bid price from $0.67 to $0.68 per share. An additional price increase to $0.77 is contingent upon Samuel Terry Asset Management Pty Ltd accepting the offer for at least 51,300,000 shares by the end of September 30, 2024.
