Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) has announced an extension of its takeover offer for all outstanding shares of Namoi Cotton Limited until October 9, 2024. Shareholders who have yet to accept the offer can do so through LDC’s offer website, their personalized acceptance form, or via their broker if they are CHESS sponsored. The extension notice has been filed with ASIC and does not require further action from shareholders who have already accepted the offer.
