Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) has extended its offer to acquire all ordinary shares in Namoi Cotton Limited until 19 July 2024. Namoi shareholders are urged to review the offer details and accept through the website, by mail, or via their broker if they haven’t done so already. The extension notice follows LDC’s replacement bidder’s statement dated 7 May 2024 and is in compliance with the Corporations Act.
