Litigation Capital Management Limited (LCM) has reported that Canaccord Genuity Limited, on behalf of LCM, bought back 18,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of an ongoing Share Buyback Programme. The buyback resulted in a new total of 116,567,816 ordinary shares in issue, with Canaccord now holding around 2.26% of LCM’s total share capital. These transactions are part of LCM’s strategic efforts to manage its share capital, and further announcements are expected upon the completion of additional purchases.
