Litigation Capital Management Limited (GB:LIT) has released an update.
Litigation Capital Management Ltd (LCM) has reported that a total of 16,504 of its ordinary shares were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange through Canaccord Genuity Limited, as part of its Share Buyback Programme initiated last year. Post-purchase, LCM’s total issued share capital stands at 116,542,312 ordinary shares, with Canaccord holding about 2.28% of it. The company has indicated that further announcements will follow upon completion of additional share buybacks.
