LC Logistics, Inc. has announced significant changes in its corporate structure, with Ms. Ho Yin Kwan resigning as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective from June 21, 2024. Ms. Ng Sau Mei will assume the aforementioned roles, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance services. Additionally, Ms. Ding Sujun will continue in her role as the other joint company secretary, with the company securing a new waiver for her continued service despite Ms. Ho’s departure.
