LBT Innovations Limited has reported a change in the interests of substantial holder Richard Irving Green and his associated entities, Jatayco Nominees Pty Ltd and JTCA Finance Pty Ltd. The voting power of Green and his associates in the company has increased from 15.09% to 17.12% due to the issuance of additional shares. There have been no changes in the nature of associations or relevant interests beyond this dilution process.
