Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1.7 million by issuing flow-through shares at $0.45 each. The proceeds will fund Canadian exploration expenses, with the anticipation of renouncing these to purchasers in accordance with the Tax Act. The company has already secured $1.67 million in subscription agreements and expects to finalize the private placement by April 12, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
