Laurentian Bank (TSE:LB) has released an update.
Laurentian Bank of Canada has announced a dividend of $0.2576875 per preferred share Series 13, set to be paid on June 15, 2024, for shareholders recorded by June 7, 2024. Shareholders have the option to reinvest their dividends into common shares through the Bank’s Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan at a 2% discount without any additional fees. An additional benefit of the Plan allows for monthly optional cash payments to purchase more common shares.
