Latrobe Magnesium Limited (AU:LMG) has released an update.
Latrobe Magnesium Limited is aiming to raise approximately $6 million through a non-renounceable entitlement offer, with an additional $12 million expected from a concurrent Placement. The funds are designated for completing the final structural works and commissioning of the Demonstration Plant, achieving steady-state magnesium production, and ongoing R&D with CSIRO. Shares from the offer are priced at $0.045 each and will be available only to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.
