Latrobe Magnesium Limited (ASX:LMG) announces an extension of the closing date for its fully underwritten Entitlement Offer to 10 July 2024, providing shareholders in Australia and New Zealand additional time to participate post-financial year-end. Shareholders can still access the offer and apply online, with updated general meeting details to be provided in early July. The company is progressing with its innovative magnesium production plant in the Latrobe Valley, having secured all of its projected production under long-term contracts with U.S. distributors.
