Latitude Group Director Sells Shares, Retains Majority

Latitude Group Holdings Ltd. (AU:LFS) has released an update.

Latitude Group Holdings Ltd. reports a significant change in director’s interests, with Director Robert Nicholas Belan selling 1,325,000 fully paid ordinary shares on-market for $1,525,036. Following the sale, Belan retains a substantial position in the company with 8,576,439 shares, 376,088 shares in a venture capital account, and long-term incentive options. The transaction is part of regular financial disclosures to the ASX under listing rules.
