As a beneficiary of the Oliver Family Trust, Oliver has acquired 10,000,000 new Performance Incentive Rights, while maintaining his existing shares and rights, as approved by shareholders on May 30, 2024. These changes reflect the company’s ongoing incentives under their Securities Incentive Plan.
