Latham Group Announces Board Changes and Expert Appointment

Latham Group ( (SWIM) ) has shared an announcement.

Robert D. Evans resigned from the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Audit Committee at Latham Group, Inc., with no disagreement cited with the company’s operations. He was succeeded by Frank J. Dellaquila, a seasoned finance professional and former CFO of Emerson Electric Co., who brings a wealth of experience to the role. Dellaquila, who meets all independent director and financial expert requirements, will also join the Audit Committee, continuing his legacy of leadership in financial oversight from previous board roles at other prominent companies.
