LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT has completed the repurchase and cancellation of 1,247 of its own investment units in August 2024, spending a total of 176,442,900 yen. The repurchase was executed on the open market via the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and following the cancellation on August 30, 2024, the total number of units outstanding was reduced to 1,866,753. The company anticipates that this action will have a negligible impact on its distribution forecasts for the fiscal periods ending August 2024 and February 2025.
