Ronald Stephen Heeks, a director of Larvotto Resources Limited, has increased his shareholdings in the company through the acquisition of 266,667 ordinary shares at a value of $20,000, as per the latest director’s interest notice. Following the purchase, Heeks now holds a total of 702,381 fully paid ordinary shares and maintains his 2,600,000 performance rights. The shares were issued in accordance with shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2024.
