Lark Distilling Co. Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of Director David Dearie, who acquired 294,118 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares at $0.85 per share, with no disposals reported. Post-transaction, Dearie holds a direct interest in 869,104 shares, in addition to 420,000 Performance Rights and 10,478 Share Rights, with no changes in director’s interests in contracts.
