At Laramide Resources’ recent annual meeting, shareholders voted unanimously in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the election of all management-nominated directors and the appointment of RSM Canada LLP as auditors. The meeting also saw the introduction of John Mays as a new director, bringing expertise in uranium in-situ recovery, as the company positions itself for the increasing demand for uranium in clean energy.
