Lantronix Board Member Christa Steele Not Seeking Re-election

Lantronix ( (LTRX) ) has issued an update.

Christa Steele, a board member of Lantronix, Inc., has decided not to seek re-election at the upcoming annual meeting but will remain on the board until then. Her contributions have been praised by the CEO, Saleel Awsare, as essential during a critical phase for the company. Steele expressed pride in the company’s recent achievements and confidence in its future, but she is stepping down to focus on other commitments. Post-Annual Meeting, the board will downsize to five members.
