Landore Resources Limited has successfully raised £3.683 million through a subscription of new shares, primarily backed by Luso Global Mining B.V., a subsidiary of the multi-billion euro Mota-Engil SGPS S.A. The funds will bolster the company’s financial position, enabling further development of its BAM Gold Project in Ontario, with emphasis on resource expansion and grade targeting. Additionally, the company is set to welcome Alexander Shaw as the new CEO, bringing his extensive experience in global exploration to lead Landore’s growth.
