Her extensive experience in capital markets financing and corporate law is expected to strengthen the board’s legal and governance capabilities. Nicolás, who also holds impressive academic credentials in microbiology and law, will be compensated with stock units and a cash retainer as per company policy and is covered by an indemnification agreement to protect against legal liabilities during her service.
