In a recent transaction reported by Land Securities Group PLC, Chief Financial Officer Vanessa Simms participated in the company’s Share Incentive Plan, purchasing and being awarded 23 ordinary shares at £6.42 each and an undisclosed amount respectively. Following this transaction, Simms now holds a total of 222,283 shares in the company, valued at over £1.4 million. The transactions occurred on October 4, 2024, and were conducted through the London Stock Exchange.
