Lancaster Resources Inc. announced the overwhelming approval of its plan to spin off a majority stake in Nelson Lake Copper Corp. to its shareholders, with a 99.999% vote in favor during their recent meeting. The company is now moving forward to obtain court approval with the anticipation of completing the arrangement in March 2024. Additionally, Lancaster Resources is launching a comprehensive year-long online marketing campaign with AGORACOM to attract new investors and maintain shareholder engagement.
