Lancaster Resources Inc. has successfully completed the spin-off of its subsidiary Nelson Lake Copper Corp., issuing over a million Nelson shares to its shareholders and retaining a minority stake. The newly independent Nelson Lake Copper Corp. is in charge of a large copper project in Saskatchewan and is now a reporting issuer in several Canadian provinces. Lancaster Resources continues its focus on exploring lithium, uranium, and other critical minerals, aiming for Net-Zero Lithium production via sustainable methods.
