Brennan and Mark Fields, who bring with them a wealth of experience from senior roles in various high-profile companies. Brennan’s extensive financial background includes leadership positions in companies like Arista Networks, while Fields brings a strong track record from his tenure as CEO of Ford Motor Company and advisory roles in TPG Capital. Their appointments come with roles on the Audit Committee and Compensation and Human Resources Committee, respectively, and they will receive standard compensation and indemnification as per company policy.
