LakeShore Biopharma has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held virtually on July 25, 2024, in response to a requisition by shareholders holding over 10% of the company’s votes. The meeting aims to address key issues such as the rationale behind recent director resignations, the establishment of new subsidiaries, and the impact of ongoing arbitration proceedings on the company’s financial stability. Shareholders registered by July 15 will be eligible to vote at the EGM.
