LakeShore Biopharma (LSB) has released an update.
LakeShore Biopharma Co., Ltd has announced the resignation of Chunyuan Wu, the company’s CFO, and Zengjun Xu, a board member, both effective June 14, 2024, due to personal reasons and not because of any disputes regarding company operations. In the interim, board director Rachel Yu will step in as CFO while the company seeks a permanent replacement. The board now consists of six remaining members following these departures.
