Lake Victoria Gold Ltd. has achieved a key milestone by obtaining the Tax Clearance Certificate from the Tanzanian Revenue Authority, enabling them to finalize the acquisition of the Imwelo project. This move propels the company’s strategy in expanding its gold mining operations in the Lake Victoria Goldfield. The company is also preparing for initial development activities at Imwelo and is in talks to secure financing for the project’s full-scale development.
