Lake Victoria Gold Ltd (TSE:LVG) has released an update.

Lake Victoria Gold Ltd. has announced an extension of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise $1,000,000 through convertible debentures with a final closing date now set for around October 31, 2024. This extension follows the successful closure of the first and second tranches, which collectively brought in $750,000 in gross proceeds. The completion of this funding round is subject to the final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
