Lake Resources N.L. has announced a closing date for its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) on April 18, 2024, inviting eligible shareholders to invest up to A$30,000 without transaction costs. The SPP, part of the company’s capital-raising efforts following a recent Placement, aims to extend Lake’s financial runway ahead of completing strategic partnerships. Shareholders have until 5:00pm (AEST) on the closing date to participate in the offer.
