Lai Sun Development Company Limited has announced a delay in the dispatch of a circular related to the disposal of a subsidiary due to the need for extra time to finalize certain details, including a statement of indebtedness and working capital sufficiency. The company has received a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, allowing for the delayed dispatch until 24 June 2024, instead of the initial 27 May 2024 deadline. Shareholders are advised that the waiver is conditional and may be subject to change.
