Lahontan Gold Corp. has reported a successful Annual and Special Meeting with a 45.4% shareholder turnout, where key proposals were overwhelmingly approved, including director elections and auditor appointments. The company, focused on mining development and exploration in Nevada, has highlighted its flagship Santa Fe Mine project, which boasts a significant gold and silver resource and is slated for aggressive exploration and a Preliminary Economic Assessment in 2024.
