Lagardère Allocates Employee Shares on Paris Market

Lagardere SCA (FR:MMB) has released an update.

Lagardère SA has disclosed a series of share transactions aimed at allocating shares to employees, with purchases made through BNP Paribas SA on the Paris stock market at prices around EUR 21. The transactions occurred between June 17th and June 21st, 2024.
