Labyrinth Resources Limited has announced a fundraising initiative involving a placement of shares to raise A$2 million and a subsequent non-renounceable entitlement offer at an issue price of A$0.003 per share to match the funds raised in the placement. The entitlement offer’s timetable has been amended with a new record date set for 19 September 2024. The company assures that the new shares to be issued will not significantly affect the control of the company and has been approved by the board.
