L1 Long Short Fund Limited has announced a change in the indirect interest of its Director, Mark Landau, under ASX listing rule 3.19A.2. The change, reported to the ASX, reflects an acquisition of 9,444 ordinary shares at a value of $30,031.92 through an on-market trade, resulting in a post-change holding of 27,156,755 ordinary shares by Sylverly Pty Ltd. No securities were disposed of in the transaction.
