Mark Landau, a director at L1 Long Short Fund Limited, has indirectly increased his holdings in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 11,333 ordinary shares at a total value of $36,246.33. Following this transaction, the total number of shares held by entities associated with Landau has risen to 27,168,088 ordinary shares, with a substantial portion remaining in voluntary escrow until April 2028. This change in director’s interest was publicly disclosed in compliance with ASX listing rules and the Corporations Act.
