Kwung’s Aroma Holdings Announces Rebranding

Kwung’s Holdings Limited (HK:1925) has released an update.

Kwung’s Aroma Holdings Limited, previously known as Kwung’s Holdings Limited, has officially announced a change in company name and stock short name effective from 4 July 2024. The company assures shareholders that this rebranding will not impact its operations or financial position, with all existing shares remaining valid under the former name. The new stock short name will be in use from 7 August 2024, while the stock code ‘1925’ remains unchanged.
