Kwong Luen Engineering Proposes Company Renaming

Kwong Luen Engineering Holdings Limited (HK:1413) has released an update.

Kwong Luen Engineering Holdings Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 27 September 2024, aiming to seek shareholder approval for renaming the company to ‘FEG Holdings Corporation Limited’. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or appoint a proxy for this important decision which also includes the adoption of a new Chinese dual foreign name for the company. The vote on the special resolution will be conducted by poll during the EGM as per the company’s articles of association and the rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
