KWG Group Holdings (HK:1813) has released an update.
KWG Group Holdings Limited has announced the renewal of their property lease agreements, now known as the 2024 Property Lease Agreements III, with the lessee, a connected person of the company, to continue leasing various commercial properties in Guangzhou. These new agreements, which follow the expiration of previous leases on May 31, 2024, fall under certain reporting and review requirements but do not require independent shareholder approval as per the Listing Rules.
