KWESST Micro Systems Inc. has announced a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement expected to close on August 13, 2024, aiming to raise gross proceeds of approximately US$943,000. The funds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering includes 4,715,000 common shares at US$0.20 each and unregistered warrants exercisable at US$0.25 per share.
