Kuya Silver Set for Strategic Trafigura Investment

Kuya Silver Corporation (TSE:KUYA) has released an update.

Kuya Silver Corporation, a Canadian mineral exploration and development company, has announced the expected closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement with Trafigura Pte Ltd on April 15, 2024. The investment of USD$970,000 will enable Trafigura to acquire units at CAD$0.25 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the acquisition of an additional common share at $0.37 within a 24-month period.
