Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. has renegotiated the terms of an entrusted loan with Kunming Anju Group, extending the repayment period for the remaining RMB72 million principal amount by one year, until June 16, 2025. This extension follows the original loan agreement made in June 2023, with the borrower having already repaid RMB8 million and all due interest. The extension is classified as a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, due to the transaction’s size.
